Day 3: Cutting the Cord

The Healing House is celebrating Women's History Month with Women's Wellness Week! Day 3 is dedicated to the Solar Plexus: our chakra located at the end of our sternum and center of the diaphragm. Sydney Kollmar, owner of Serenity Awaken, will be educating the community on what energetic cords are and how to "cut" them to benefit oneself. Every attendant will receive a folder of information. She will then lead the group into a chakra cleanse meditation to aid in their own personal healing.

Courtney Gully, owner of We're Gonna Be Waisted, handmakes her own waist beads. She states, "[...]we adorn our clients with waist beads to meet them right where they are on their journey whether it be for beauty, spiritual cleansing, chakra work or what have you. Our strands are designed with YOU in mind". She will discuss what they are, their purpose, and allow everybody to purchase them if they so choose. She will be selling them for $15 each.
