All About Serenity Awaken
The Start of it All
Serenity Awaken was founded by Sydney Stuart in November 2022. Sydney currently provides Reiki, Pranic Healing, Crystal Healing, and Sound Healing sessions to her clients. Since she was a little girl, Sydney knew she wanted to be able to help people and aid them in finding peace. When she discovered holistic healing, there was no doubt in her mind that this was what she was meant to do. Holistic healing helps individuals heal emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally by helping the body use its innate ability to heal itself. Allow these sessions to help you experience serenity and awaken your full potential.

Reiki
Reiki is a modality of energy healing from Japan. It can be done with either a hands off technique or with a technique referred to as "laying of hands" where the practitioner lightly places their hands on the client. Energy is transferred from the practitioner to the client and allows the client to feel relief physically, mentally, and/or emotionally. The healing is very relaxing and peaceful.
Pranic Healing
Pranic Healing is a form of energy healing that was founded by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui. It is a hands-off healing modality. The practitioner will scan, cleanse, and then energize the body, aura and chakras. Clients usually feel peace and the healing will alleviate their physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual ailments.

Sound Healing
The practitioner will use Tibetan sound bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments to give the client an immersive healing experience. They will play certain bowls and sounds to help alleviate the client's ailments. Clients report that the experience is very calming and relaxing.
